My 20-year old self used to say, "I will never set foot in Boracay until I'm ready." Ten years and 1234567890 life lessons later, I learned that no one's ever going to be ready for anything, so YOLO! Sharing a few snaps here on the blog as a memento of my first time in the beautiful island of Boracay.
Day 1: August 7
I was with two of my best blogger-turned-real friends and we made no plans for this trip. All we wanted to do was to enjoy the beach, eat good food, and chill.Day 2: August 8
We weren't able to witness the amazing Boracay sunset because of the weather but look at that pastel-colored sunrise sky. It's beautiful. We also visited the Newcoast side of the island for photo-taking before we headed back to our lair—Station 1.Day 3: August 9
We moved to a different resort on our second day and the photo below shows another breathtaking sunrise view. This time, on the other side of the island—Bulabog Beach. I took time to take the moment in because it was our last day in the island and I was already feeling that separation anxiety. Three days in the island and I couldn't get enough.Although the year hasn't ended yet, this Boracay trip is definitely one of the highlights of my 2022. I will come back for your sunset next year, Boracay!
