Uke Hub Café

Being able to work anywhere perfectly satisfies my needs as a Gemini who gets excited at the thought of exploring new surroundings. And just when I thought that I had to go beyond the borders of my hometown, I realized Lapu-Lapu City has lots of hidden gems that are waiting to be discovered. Although Uke Hub Café is not really new but it's already making its way to being widely known especially to those who live outside Lapu-Lapu City. It's considerably far but paying a visit is definitely worthwhile.


Google Maps is the key when going to Uke Hub Café. It is located along the Pajac-Maribago Road but you'll know you have arrived when you see their sign along the road.



The café has a cute and clean interior. Al fresco dining is also available if you wish to enjoy the outdoors and the fresh air. Of course, I stayed inside because I needed a power outlet to charge my laptop because yes, I was working. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Iced Spanish Latte - Php 140

Their spanish latte is really good and has just the perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness.

Chocolate Chip Cookie - Php 40 / Chocolate Fudge Brownie - Php 80

I had lunch before coming so I had these sweet treats instead. Although I somehow expected a chewy kind of cookie, but the chocolate chip cookie was really good. The chocolate fudge brownie also did not disappoint because it was perfectly moist, dense, and gooey.

Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie - Php 140

Home-brewed iced teas, fizzers, and smoothies are available for non-coffee lovers. Of course, strawberry smoothie for the strawberry lover aka me.
