Just solo things at Eat&

Eat& Cebu
Is it just me or is there really something magical about spending time alone at a café? For me, it’s a chance to escape, reflect, and soak in the atmosphere without the rush. I had some errands one day, and then I found a cozy corner at Eat&, and settled in to get some work done.

Sometimes, a change of scenery is all it takes to boost my productivity, and this pretty café, with its quiet hum and warm ambiance, was just the perfect spot. It was my first (and last) meal of the day so I ordered a little bit more than a usual solo diner would have. Also, I have a huge appetite. Lol.

Eat& Cebu Matcha Latte - Php 190 - Jeju matcha and milk

Eat& Cebu Maldon Matcha Latte - Php 190 - Maldon sea salt, Jeju matcha cream, and milk
Blueberry Cheesecake - Php 220

Eat& Cebu Coroquette - Php 290 - Potato, corn, carrots, onion, mozzarella, tonkatsu sauce, kimchi emulsion, and provolone

Eat& Cebu Beef Tocino - Php 595 - Tender beef cheeks glazed with galbi sauce, 2 eggs, salad, and garlic rice

The beef tocino was a flavorful hit—tender, sweet, and perfectly balanced with a slight savory kick. Both the iced matcha latte and maldon matcha latte were creamy and refreshing. I also loved the coroquette which was crispy on the outside with a soft, savory filling that made for a satisfying bite. As for the blueberry cheesecake, it had just the right mix of tartness from the berries and creaminess from the cheesecake, making it the perfect dessert to end the meal. In all fairness, all the food I ordered at Eat& were really good and I would love to order them again.
