Fairfield by Marriott Cebu Mandaue City just launched their latest weekend buffet experience, Culinary Crossroads, which is a fusion of East and West flavors. And of course, I was there to witness and try their pilot launch and it did not disappoint! This weekend buffet offer is just right on time for the holidays.


Culinary Crossroads is available on all Fridays and Saturdays (until the end of the year) from 6PM-10PM. Be sure to book your tables in advance, as they tend to be fully booked especially now that people are starting to celebrate the BER festivities.

This weekend dinner buffet features different themes for Friday and Saturday to cater to everyone's varying food preferences.

Wok of Asia

On Fridays, the spotlight is on Asia with a diverse menu of dishes like sushi, dim sum, and bibimbap, all crafted with authentic ingredients by their talented chefs.

Meet the Meat

Saturdays bring the Meet the Meat buffet, which features succulent cuts and roasts for meat lovers.

For only Php 988 net per person, you get to indulge in Fairfield by Marriott Cebu Mandaue City's culinary delights. And trust me, it's so worth it! It's the ideal dinner gathering for your friends, family, and loved ones this holiday season.
