From the moment I walked in, the cozy ambiance and welcoming staff made me feel right at home.
I tried their best-selling signature ramen Ajitama-Uma, which is made of pork-flavored shoyu soup with thick-cut grilled chashu and flavored egg. I really love the rich, smoky broth combined with perfectly tender noodles and the melt-in-your-mouth-chashu. I know that their ramen broth is meticulously crafted, as each sip showcases hours of dedication and the perfect balance of richness. Overall, their signature ramen was nothing short of amazing.
But what made it even better was their delicious gyoza, that was perfectly crisp on the outside and juicy inside, and the yakitori combo of pork and chicken thigh skewers, that was grilled to perfection.
Every dish I've tried at Bari-Uma really feels intentional, made with the clear goal of bringing people back for more. It’s no wonder Bari-Uma has become my new favorite Japanese dining spot!
