Sunday brunch buffet at Abaca Baking Company Baseline Center

Last Sunday, I decided to treat Zayn and myself to the brunch buffet at Abaca Baking Company Baseline Center. We intentionally didn't have anything before we went so it was truly the perfect way to first big meal of the day. Walking in, we were greeted by the comforting aroma of Abaca's freshly baked signature bread and pastries. We've dined here before at different times (breakfast and dinner) so, this time, we had brunch.





As expected of Abaca, their brunch buffet spread was impressive, with everything from golden, flaky croissants and other pastries to eggs cooked just the way I wanted. It was a heavenly sight as a breakfast/brunch girlie.



The brunch wasn’t just about pastries, though. They had hearty mains, classic Filipino dishes, seasonal fruits, fresh salads, and a mix of savory dishes that were absolutely delicious. I even found myself going back for seconds and thirds of some dishes I hadn’t tried before.



For only PHP 999 each, Zayn and I enjoyed an unlimited spread of all their brunch items, and the value for the experience felt so worth it. We left with a happy heart and a very full stomach and we can't wait to visit again!
