Spending four days and three nights at The Hotel Elizabeth Resort and Villas was like stepping into a tropical dream. We stayed in one of their Villa Triple rooms, and it was pure bliss. It features one king size bed in the loft and two twin size beds in the ground floor. It also has a living and a dining area.

The space was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, featuring plush furnishings, a private sun deck, and a view that made mornings feel magical. The tropical vibe was everywhere, from the decor to the little details that made the room really feel special.

On our last night, we switched to a Deluxe Double Room, which was equally lovely. It offered a cozy yet sophisticated space with modern amenities and an incredibly comfortable bed. Perfect for travelers who want a balance of luxury and simplicity, the room gave me a great night’s rest after a day of exploring.

Olympic-Sized Pool

The resort’s Olympic-sized pool was one of my favorite features. It's right in front of the villas and we spent hours swimming and lounging by the poolside. The serene surroundings made it an unforgettable spot to relax.

Despite the busy schedule, we really made it a point to head to the beach on our last evening to chase the sunset. The golden hour at San Vicente Long Beach was magical, with the sky painted in shades of pink and orange. The beach’s untouched beauty was the perfect backdrop for quiet reflection or a romantic moment.
