Ahhhh the fall-off-the-bone ribs. No trip to Texas Roadhouse is complete without trying their award-winning baby back ribs. These ribs were smoky, tender, and glazed with a tangy sauce that left me licking my fingers. Absolutely delightful!

I have been loving salads lately so I didn't miss the opportunity to try this one at Texas Roadhouse. It was lovely, the greens were crisp and fresh, I'm just not a walnut fan.

I had the fresh cucumber lemonade juice and it was so refreshing. And wow, we were honestly shocked that it was served in a humongous beer mug. Haha.

Of course, any Texas Roadhouse experience will never be complete without having their hand-cut steaks. And we didn't just have one, but we had two steaks. First, we had the NY striploin steak. It was good, the marbling was okay, it was cooked to medium, but could use a little bit more seasoning. Also, it was a complimentary dining so we only what was served and so maybe the steak was cooked based on their customers' usual preference? I'm not sure but I just like my steak medium-rare.

Same as the NY strip steak, it was also cooked to medium. It was more well-seasoned but it was a bit chewy. But I still enjoyed it because I just love steaks. Haha.
Their steaks can be paired with any sides of your choice and this was what was served for us to try. At first, we were confused and thought it was a dessert. But lo and behold, it was a side! It was a baked sweet potato with some caramel sauce and cinnamon topped with marshmallows. It was very unique, I have to say, but I just have never been a fan of sweet potatoes.

This was so good, although a bit spicy for my liking, but I really enjoyed it!
I loved this! The buns were freshly baked and the patty was packed with flavor and cooked to juicy perfection. The thick-cut fries were really good and well-seasoned, too.

This is an Oreo-crusted ice cream cake with walnut and toffee sauce. It was good and I loved that the saltiness of the toffee sauce balanced out the sweetness of the ice cream. I shooed away the walnuts, though.

The warm, welcoming vibe and generous portions make Texas Roadhouse a great spot for any occasion. Hugh Carroll, the VP for International, said it best: their food and fun energy are a perfect fit for Filipinos.
